Purchase Order: upon approval, you will be set up for a net 30 account. A $10 late fee and 1.5% per month will accrue on overdue balances. Payment to be accepted by Company check. Initial purchases from new customers will be prepay or credit card.

Online Shopping Cart: Our online shopping cart is secure and safe. Rest assured that you credit card will be transmitted directly to our payment processing center and will not reside on our server. The shopping cart is easy to use and navigate. Simply visit our site, find a product you would like, and click on 'Add to Cart' to add it to your shoppling list. When you are finished shopping, or would like to view what is in your cart, click on the 'Check Out' link at the top and bottom of the web pages. There, you may review and update/remove items. When you are ready to check out, please click on 'Check Out' on that screen. Fill out all the information on the next page and you are almost there!

Mail Orders: We accept orders and payment by mail, and prefer payments of this nature due to credit card processing fees.

Shipping/Handling: Please choose a shipping method upon checkout. This fee includes shipping by USPS first class or media mail as well as packaging costs. Orders usually ship within 48 hours of purchase

Returns: Unopened CDs may be returned for credit. Opened CDs may not be returned unless defective and will be exchanged for the same title. Return shipping to us will be your responsibility. If we have shipped an item(s) in error, please return the item(s) and we will send you the correct item(s). We will give you a credit for the shipping charges you have incurred.All returns must be received within 30 days of original ship date from us. Please e-mail us that you need to ship something back so that we can be expecting the package.
